Payment
Accepted methods: VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Klarna, Afterpay, Quickpay, PayPal, ApplePay.
In-stock goods: payment is debited when the parcel is dispatched.
Pre-orders: payment is debited when the parcel is dispatched, but may be debited immediately to secure production capacity and express freight if clearly stated before purchase.
International payment cards: an authorisation hold may be placed until dispatch or release by your card issuer.
Cancellation & modification of your order
Requests must be sent immediately to support@nordicsculpt.com.
Orders are ordinarily packed within 60 minutes; after sealing, cancellation or modification cannot be guaranteed.
If an order is already packed, you must accept delivery and then follow the return procedure.
100-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Covered goods: BodySculpt 1.0, BodyCup 1.0, BodyOil, BodyTrainer.
To qualify:
Use the good consistently for 100 consecutive days in accordance with enclosed instructions;
Submit a written refund request to support@nordicsculpt.com between day 100 and day 120 from the date of delivery;
Provide before/after photographs or a usage log if requested.
Remedy: full refund of the purchase price to the original payment instrument within 14 calendar days of approval.
Returns
You may withdraw within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.
Arrange and pay for the return yourself; send the parcel direct to our nominated warehouse (parcel-shop drop-off is not accepted).
Include the Standard Withdrawal Form (request from support@nordicsculpt.com) inside the package.
Refund is issued within 14 days of receipt and inspection; we may withhold it until the Goods are received or you supply proof of shipment.
Returned to sender (RTS)
Parcels returned for incorrect/incomplete address or non-collection are classed as RTS.
RTS items received at our warehouse can be reshipped at your cost; no refund if the parcel is lost or discarded by the courier.
Refunds are only considered if the order remains undelivered and no return/redelivery is confirmed within 60 days.
Refund requests for lost or missing parcels
Supply a Certificate of Loss (or equivalent) from the carrier quoting the tracking number within 14 days of your request.
Refunds or reshipments are processed once the certificate is received.
Warranty
All Goods carry a 24-month warranty covering software, materials and manufacturing defects.
Notify defects within two months of discovery via support@nordicsculpt.com with photographic/video evidence.
Remedy: repair, replacement, partial refund or store credit at Nordic Sculpt’s discretion; reasonable return postage is reimbursed for justified claims.
