Every parcel leaves our warehouse with three promises: speed, transparency, and zero surprise fees.

Where we ship

We deliver to most countries and territories around the world, Including United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and most European Countries.

Processing time

Orders placed before 12:00 (warehouse local time) are usually picked, packed and labelled the same working day.

Standard processing: 1–2 business days.

Pre-orders: processing begins the day stock lands in our nearest warehouse.

Shipping options & time

4–9 business days

Remote areas: +2 business days on top of the above.

Times are counted from the moment the parcel is scanned by the carrier, not from purchase.

Carriers & hand-over

We use tier-1 carriers only (e.g., DHL, FedEx, national post) selected automatically for the fastest route to your address.

You receive an “Order Fulfilled” e-mail containing carrier name, tracking link and estimated delivery window the instant the parcel leaves our warehouse.

Shipping cost

Flat-rate displayed at checkout (typically USD 9–19).

No additional duties, taxes or brokerage fees—those are absorbed by us.

Tracking & notifications

Live tracking is available from dispatch to doorstep.

Optional SMS/e-mail updates (delivery window, failed attempt, successful drop) can be switched on in your account.

Delivery process

Signature on delivery is default; if you choose “No Signature” during checkout, the parcel may be left in a safe place or with a neighbour.

Missed delivery: the carrier leaves a calling card with re-delivery or pick-up instructions.

Undelivered or lost parcels

If tracking shows no movement for 7 consecutive business days, contact us— we will launch a carrier investigation and, if unresolved, reship or refund immediately.

Incorrect address

You may edit the shipping address until the parcel is scanned by the carrier. After that, any reroute or RTS (return-to-sender) will incur a AUD/NZD/USD/GBP/EUR 15 re-dispatch fee.
