Definitions

1.1 “Nordic Sculpt,” “we,” “us” refers to NORDIC PIONEERS LIMITED, trading as Nordic Sculpt.

1.2 “Goods” refers to any device, cosmetic, garment, or other product offered on www.nordicsculpt.com.

1.3 “Services” includes payment processing, logistics, customer support, guarantees, and after-sales service.

1.4 “You,” “your” refers to the purchaser or user of the Goods.

Basis of Supply

2.1 These Terms apply to every sale, promotion, pre-order, guarantee claim, and warranty request.

2.2 No variation is binding unless recorded in writing and signed by an authorised officer of Nordic Sculpt.

100-Day Result Guarantee

3.1 Covered Goods: BodySculpt 1.0, BodyCup 1.0, BodyOil, BodyTrainer.

3.2 To Qualify:

a) Use the Good consistently for 100 consecutive days in accordance with enclosed instructions;

b) Submit a written refund request to support@nordicsculpt.com between day 100 and day 120 from the date of delivery;

c) Provide before/after photographs or a usage log if requested.

3.3 Remedy: Full refund of the purchase price to the original payment instrument within 14 calendar days of approval.

Payment

4.1 Accepted Methods: VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Klarna, Afterpay, Quickpay, PayPal, ApplePay.

4.2 In-Stock Goods: Payment is debited when the parcel is dispatched.

4.3 Pre-Orders: Payment is debited immediately to secure production capacity and express freight.

4.4 International Payment Cards: An authorisation hold may be placed until dispatch or release by your card issuer.

Cancellation & Modification of Your Order

5.1 Requests must be sent immediately to support@nordicsculpt.com.

5.2 Orders are ordinarily packed within 60 minutes; after sealing, cancellation or modification cannot be guaranteed.

5.3 If an order is already packed, you must accept delivery and then follow the return procedure.

Reservation of Funds

6.1 If you pay with an international payment card, the amount will be reserved immediately.

6.2 The funds are reserved on your card or account until:

a) We debit the amount when we ship the product, or

b) The funds are released according to your card issuer's agreement.

6.3 All amounts on the website include VAT.

6.4 The website uses the following currencies for pricing: USD, EUR, GBP, PLN, SEK, DKK, CHF, BGN, ALL, CZK, HUF, ISK, MDL, NOK, RON, RUB, RSD, TRY, UAH.

6.5 Nordic Sculpt uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with the SSL protocol, ensuring your data is safe and cannot be read by outsiders.

Delivery

7.1 Processing Time: 1–2 business days.

7.2 Standard Delivery Time: 4–9 business days.

7.3 Parcels are dispatched from the Nordic Sculpt warehouse geographically closest to your location.

7.4 A track-and-trace number is provided by e-mail once the parcel leaves our warehouse.

7.5 Delivery dates are estimates only; risk passes on hand-over to the carrier.

Qualification for guarantee

9.1 Covered goods: BodySculpt 1.0, BodyCup, Waist Trainer.

9.2 To qualify:

a) Use the product consistently for 100 days as instructed;

b) Submit a refund request between day 100 and day 120 from delivery;

c) Provide before/after photos or a usage log if requested.

9.3 Remedy: full refund to the original payment method within 14 calendar days of approval.

Returns

10.1 You may withdraw within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.

10.2 Arrange and pay for the return yourself; send the parcel direct to our nominated warehouse (parcel-shop drop-off is not accepted).

10.3 Include the Standard Withdrawal Form (request from support@nordicsculpt.com) inside the package.

10.4 Refund is issued within 14 days of receipt and inspection; we may withhold it until the Goods are received or you supply proof of shipment.

Returned to sender (rts)

11.1 Parcels returned for incorrect/incomplete address or non-collection are classed as RTS.

11.2 RTS items received at our warehouse can be reshipped at your cost; no refund if the parcel is lost or discarded by the courier.

11.3 Refunds are only considered if the order remains undelivered and no return/redelivery is confirmed within 60 days.

Refund requests for lost or missing parcels

12.1 Supply a Certificate of Loss (or equivalent) from the carrier quoting the tracking number within 14 days of your request.

12.2 Refunds or reshipments are processed once the certificate is received.

Warranty

13.1 All Goods carry a 24-month warranty covering software, materials and manufacturing defects.

13.2 Notify defects within two months of discovery via support@nordicsculpt.com with photographic/video evidence.

13.3 Remedy: repair, replacement, partial refund or store credit at Nordic Sculpt’s discretion; reasonable return postage is reimbursed for justified claims.

Customer & privacy policy

14.1 We do not sell or share your personal data; it is stored only in our customer database.

14.2 Minimum data collected: name, address, e-mail address.

14.3 Purpose: order fulfilment and customer service.

14.4 Retention period: five years, then deleted unless legal archiving applies.

14.5 Collection is based on your explicit consent; you may object or request deletion at any time via support@nordicsculpt.com.

14.6 Access is limited to the director and authorised employees; data are not encrypted at rest or in transit.

Cookies

15.1 Cookies optimise site functions; you may delete them at any time via your browser.

Standard withdrawal form

16.1 The form is available on request from support@nordicsculpt.com.

16.2 Print, complete and enclose it in any return parcel so we can identify the sender.

Purchases from unauthorised sellers

17.1 Nordic Sculpt goods are sold exclusively at www.nordicsculpt.com.

17.2 We provide no support, refunds or warranties for products bought outside this channel, including faulty, counterfeit or undelivered items.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

18.1 By accepting these terms you confirm you have read our legal notice.

18.2 Nordic Sculpt is a brand of NORDIC PIONEERS LIMITED, registered in Hong Kong; all contractual rights and obligations rest with that entity.

No guarantees or warranties

19.1 Goods are supplied “as-is” and “as-available”; all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness, durability or non-infringement are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

19.2 Visible results are not guaranteed; outcomes depend on individual health, adherence to instructions and other external factors.

Use at your own risk

20.1 Use is at your sole risk; Nordic Sculpt is not liable for injury, adverse effects or damage arising from misuse, failure to follow instructions or unintended application.

20.2 Products are beauty devices, not medical devices; they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Limitation of liability – general

21.1 Aggregate liability shall not exceed the price paid for the relevant Good.

21.2 Nordic Sculpt is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits, whether foreseeable or not.

Limitation of liability – bodily injury

22.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nordic Sculpt excludes liability for physical injury or harm resulting from use or misuse of the Goods.

22.2 Products are not recommended for individuals with recent surgery, heart conditions, unhealed wounds or similar medical concerns; discontinue use and consult a physician if discomfort arises.

Limitation of liability – property damage

23.1 Nordic Sculpt excludes liability for property damage (including fire) arising from misuse, failure to follow safety instructions or unauthorised product modifications.

Force majeure

24.1 Nordic Sculpt is not liable for delay or failure caused by acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, government restrictions, cyber-attacks, labour disputes or supply-chain disruptions.

Refunds and returns

25.1 Refunds and replacements may be refused where Goods have been misused, modified or used contrary to instructions.

Disclaimer for promotional materials

26.1 Advertisements, testimonials and social media content are for information only; individual results may vary and are not guaranteed.

Data and privacy protection

27.1 Personal data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy; Nordic Sculpt is not responsible for unauthorised access or breaches caused by third parties.

Intellectual property rights

28.1 All trademarks, logos, trade names and content are the exclusive property of NORDIC PIONEERS LIMITED; unauthorised use is prohibited.

Jurisdiction and dispute resolution

29.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong; disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Hong Kong.

29.2 Customers waive any right to class-action proceedings or arbitration outside this jurisdiction.

Consumer responsibility

30.1 It is your responsibility to determine product suitability and to consult a qualified healthcare professional before use.

30.2 Stop use immediately and seek medical advice if dizziness, discomfort or adverse symptoms occur.

Operation and maintenance

31.1 Damage from failure to follow instructions, improper use, human error or force majeure is not covered under warranty.

31.2 Out-of-warranty maintenance costs are the consumer’s responsibility.

31.3 Non-standard operation voids any implied warranty.

Modifications and errors

32.1 Nordic Sculpt reserves the right to alter product specifications, designs or terms without prior notice and is not liable for errors in published information.

Indemnification

33.1 You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless NORDIC PIONEERS LIMITED, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from any claims, damages or liabilities arising from your use of the Goods or breach of these Terms.

Acknowledgement of terms

35.1 By using Nordic Sculpt products you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.
