With our 100-day result guarantee, also known as the money-back guarantee, you can try our products completely risk-free. Products covered by our 100-day satisfaction guarantee include the BodySculpt 1.0™, Waist Trainer™, and Sculpt Bundle™. If you don't see results within this period, we offer a full refund as compensation for your time.

Returns

If you regret your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, you are covered by the right of withdrawal and are entitled to a refund without requiring proof of results. We will send you a return label via email, and you will bear the return costs. The return cost is €16.85, covering the return shipment, restocking fee, administration fee, and energy surcharge to the shipping carrier.

Please print and fill out the right of withdrawal form and include it with your return package so we can identify that the return is from you.

Once we have received your return package, we will process the return and ensure that all items have been received. We will refund all payments you made. We will refund the money to the same payment method you used for the purchase unless otherwise agreed. We may withhold the payment until we have received the item unless you can provide proof that the item has been returned.

The item must be sent to one of NordicSculpt’s warehouses. Contact us at support@nordicsculpt.com to receive a return label – only with this return label can we process your return.
We only accept packages sent directly to the address using the return label we provide.


Right of Withdrawal & Money-back Guarantee

To qualify for our money-back guarantee, simply follow the instructions below:

  1. Take a clear picture of your body before using our BodySculpt/Waist Trainer (camera roll-documented proof).
  2. Take a clear picture of your body after 100 days of use, along with a picture of the used product (camera roll-documented proof).
  3. Send an email to our customer service (support@nordicsculpt.com).
  4. Your request will be processed within 2-3 days of submission.

Please ensure your pictures have valid date and time stamps (must be screenshots from your camera roll).
Also, ensure that both the before and after pictures are clear, and the dates are visible.

Money-back guarantee requests must be made within 4 months of receiving the product.
Applications that do not meet these criteria will not be approved for a refund. We reserve the right to reject a refund request if we are not reasonably satisfied with the provided evidence.

Alternatively

In some cases, we find that customers need more than 100 days to achieve the desired results. Therefore, we offer an immediate 10% refund on the entire order, allowing you to keep the product and continue using it. Simply send us an email to our customer service (support@nordicsculpt.com).

Your request will be processed within 1 day of submission, and we will refund the 10% immediately, with no questions asked and no documentation required.

Money-back guarantee requests must be made within 4 months of receiving the product.


Warranty

There is a 2-year warranty on all of NordicSculpt’s products. The warranty covers all defects in software, materials, and manufacturing.

If your claim is justified, it means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, receive online store credit, or get a discount, depending on the specific situation.

Complaints regarding defects must be reported to NordicSculpt within a reasonable time after the defect has been discovered. Two months is considered a reasonable time. We will refund reasonable shipping costs if the complaint is justified. The item must always be returned in proper packaging.
NordicSculpt covers return shipping costs to a reasonable extent.
